Chop Gate Village Hall

Chop Gate Village Hall is located to the south of the village in its own grounds with extensive parking.  It provides a large hall with a removable stage, a meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The village hall is a community facility for the residents of Bilsdale run by the residents of Bilsdale but is available for use by anyone subject to terms and conditions.

It is very much a do-it-yourself type of venue as there are no paid staff involved in the upkeep so we rely on our users to keep the place clean and tidy for all. This includes all bio-safety measures. Users are responsible for their own covid prevention measures and should use whatever means they feel are appropriate to their fellow users. We have replaced all our chairs to minimise soft furnishing in the building and the seating is now wipe clean.
